Bulk HGCSA Affiliate Membership Annual Renewal

This form is for the convenience of managers of vendors/affiliates who need to pay for existing HGCSA Affiliate members annual dues in one transaction to make credit card payment easy. This is not the place to join the HGCSA or the place to change members contact information.

Please fill out the form below and click the submit button and you will be directed to HGCSA PayPal account where you can make your payment. The annual Affiliate dues fee is $75 so if you are signing up 2 members the fee is $100, 3 members $225 or 4 members $300.00.

We will get notice of the payment and manually mark the member paid in the Membership Management software control panel.
