HGCSA is planning to pay for 1-night hotel rooms for off-island non-affiliate members (Hotel TBD, we are working with hotels near Waikoloa). Funds generated for this tournament are slated to add to the scholarship fund through the HGCSA. We are in process of writing up our operating procedures for the program and hope to begin giving small awards from this year.

Team sponsorship will again be $2,500. Up to 2 representatives from your company may play on each team that is sponsored. Multiple team sponsorship, and split sponsorship will be accepted (split sponsorship not coordinated through HGCSA). With an emphasis on balancing handicaps and attempting to connect you with property decision makers, the teams will be chosen by HGCSA.

We want to give ample lead time for everyone to coordinate travel and potentially involve parent companies. After we have team sponsorship finalized, we will open sign-ups to our equipment manager, assistant superintendent, and superintendent members.

As always, the HGCSA thanks you for all your support and generosity. We truly feel this will be a great event.
